The role of diplomacy in implementing the priorities of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union

The ongoing Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union requires our country to engage a number of institutions, bodies and tools to effectively achieve its goals.

The motto of the Polish Presidency is “Security, Europe.” It is based on seven pillars related to military, energy, and cybersecurity, among others. In recent months, Poland has undertaken – and continues to undertake – intensified diplomatic activities aimed at persuading other EU members and promoting our perspective on the current international situation.

We would like to invite you to the conference entitled “The Role of Diplomacy in Implementing the Priorities of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union”, which will be held on the 22nd of May at 14:00. at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in room CTW-114.

The conference organizers are:

– The Center for the Study of Diplomacy, Catholic University of Lublin;

– The Polish Society for European Studies, Lublin Branch;

– The Nowy Staw Foundation;

The event is held under the patronage of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the European Commission Representation in Poland.
